About the Author
Larry Gerston wears many hats. For more than 40 years, he was a political science professor first at San Jose State University; currently he lectures at the University of California, Santa Cruz. During that time he has written 12 academic books. In addition, he is the political analyst at at NBC Bay Area, where he appears regularly on air. In addition, Larry is a motivational speaker, where he emphasizes individual empowerment, But there is yet another side to Larry. Recently, he has taken to reaching out to children through his writing. His first book, The Road to Hana, focused on the value of the journey over the destination, Now, in Wendell the Working Worm, Larry has written a story of a worm to help children appreciate their worth.
